We had a blast walking around the Navy Yard with Amanda and Rudy! It was a perfect day - since we had the session to Labor day, it felt like the whole territory was just for us to take photos. In the beginning, Amanda was a bit skeptical and worried that they are not going a good job, but she and Rudy were perfect, as a couple in love, and all of the fears disappeared after I showed Amanda a few photos on the back of my camera. What most people don't realize, and what I keep telling all of my clients - #1 rule is not to worry! You are in good hands, and I always help out and provide guidance. Yes, being in front of the camera is a bit unusual at first, but after 10-15 minutes people relax and get comfortable. Amanda is such a beautiful woman, and all she needed to feel most content is to see some of the photos we already did!
Rudy and Amanda also came in prepared to the session (which I highly appreciate!!!), they scouted the location couple days prior, and Amanda also took her time to email me photos of her planned outfits (LOVED her choices!), so when we started, we already had a plan.
The highlight of the night was our final stop of the Navy Yard - sunset next to the ships by the Reserve Basin.
And of course, check out the photos below!
